Bio:
Kathleen Downey, M.D. is a 1979 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and a 1982 graduate of the University of Cincinnati's Family Medicine Residency Program. She joined the faculty of the University of Cincinnati College of Family Medicine in 1987 as an Assistant Professor. Board Certified in Family Practice, Dr. Downey previously was MedicalDirector of Physician Care in Cincinnati for five years. She has a special interest in women's health issues, toxicology, neurology, and international healthcare. Dr. Downey is very active teaching family medicine medical students and residents. She has practiced medicine in Alaska at the Bering Sea, on a Navajo reservation, and in New Zealand. Dr. Downey lives in Springfield Township, is married, and has three sons.

Bio:
Robert Ellis, M.D. is a native of Parma. Ohio. He received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati. He completed his family practice residency at the University of Cincinnati/Christ Hospital Residency Program, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Ellis will be treating patients of all ages. During both Medical School and Residency, Dr. Ellis received multiple Special Recognition Spirit Cards awarded by patients, nurses, and other co-workers for showing exceptional hospital spirit by helping patients and co-workers beyond what is expected. He is the recipient of the UC College of Arts and Sciences "Spirit of Community" Award and Scholarship in 1996 and was named a United States Achievement Academy's All-American Scholar in 1997. When not practicing medicine, he enjoys cooking, reading, running, wood working, attending sporting events, and spending time with his wife, his daughter, and their pets.

Roy Jacobson, M.D., Ph.D. is the Medical Director of the Wyoming Family Practice and a full time Family Physician. His medical practice includes all aspects of primary care, mental health, obesity, heart disease and newborn care. He is on staff at several hospitals and admits patients at The Christ Hospital. Dr. Jacobson teaches in the College of Medicine at the University of Cincinnati, and is an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine. Dr. Jacobson is also the Medical Director of Alliance Partners. Dr. Jacobson received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1995. Prior to that, he completed a Ph.D. in Chemistry from UCLA and a B.A. from Oberlin College in 1980. He is residency trained and Board Certified. Dr. Jacobson lives with his wife and two children in Wyoming and has several cats and dogs. He enjoys travel, SCUBA diving, and photography.

Charles Margolis, M.D. is Vice chairman of the Department of Family Medicine for Clinical Affairs. He has been a faculty member at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine since 1978. He attended the University of North Carolina for college, medical school, and residency in family medicine. Dr. Margolis is a Board Certified Family Physician. He is married to Dr. Jennifer Margolis, has two sons and lives in Blue Ash. Personal interests include the New York Times, reading, movies, international cuisine, athletics, travel, and history.

Jennifer Margolis, M.D. is a native of London, England and a Board Certified Pediatrician and Volunteer Professor at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. She received her medical degree from the University of North Carolina in 1974, and completed her residency training in Pediatrics at North Carolina Memorial Hospital at Chapel Hill in 1977. Before joining the Wyoming Family Practice Center in 1985, Dr. Margolis worked for the Cincinnati, Norwood, and Hamilton County Health Departments. She also spent five years treating Russian immigrant children for a local hospital. Dr. Margolis is particularly interested in medical issues related to childhood development. When away from the office, Dr. Margolis enjoys travel, reading, movies, theater, and crossword puzzles.

Dr. Sarah Pritts is a board certified Family Physician. She received her medical degree from Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine in 1996, and completed her Family Medicine training at the University of Cincinnati Residency Training Program in 1999, where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Pritts treats patients of all ages. She also enjoys teaching at UC's College of Medicine, where she is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Family Medicine. When not practicing medicine, she enjoys teaching and practicing yoga, cooking, traveling, and hiking. Dr. Pritts resides with her husband in Anderson Township.

Dr. Susman is Professor and Chair of the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Cincinnati. He graduated from Dartmouth college in 1978 and Dartmouth Medical School in 1981. He completed his internship and residency at Lancaster General Hospital, in Lancaster, PA and a primary care fellowship at Michigan State University. Dr Susman is Board Certified in Family Medicine and has added qualifications in Geriatric Medicine. Dr Susman has a special interest in mental health issues including insomnia, depression and anxiety. In his free time, Dr Susman likes to travel, garden and ski. Dr Susman is married to a credit union CEO, has five children, and depending on the day, at least two cats, a dog and a variety of fish.
